Northern Quarter Tour and Meal at Zizzi, Corn Exchange on Thursday 11th December

We are organising a walking tour of the Northern Quarter followed by a meal at Zizzi, Corn Exchange on Thursday 11^th December. During the tour, we will visit the following places, and Roger will give a brief talk at each place we visit:

• Victoria Station.
• Chethams School of Music.
• Manchester Cathedral.
• Football Museum.
• Balloon Street. 
• Kelvin Street. 
• Afleck’s Palace.
• Rat and Pigeon pub.
• Stevenson Square. 
• Police Museum. 
• Old Smithfield Market.
• Band on the Wall.
• Mason Street. 
• Angel Street.
• Angel Meadow. 

We plan to meet next to the Manchester Arena Memorial at Victoria Station at 10.45am for a 11.00am start. The meal is booked for 1.30pm.

If you wish to join us for the walk and/or meal, then please email the leader listed in the printed programme by close of play Sunday 30^th November with your choice of meal from the attached menu.

The walk and meal are limited to 30 people so places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
