DESCRIPTION:I have had to change the walk for Sunday from the Roaches as difficulty in parking at Wincle – very few spaces for cars. \n\n\n\n> Sunday 28th June 2026 at 9.45am for 10am start \n\n\n\n> Gritstone Trail from Bollington 7 miles moderate circular walk with \n\n\n\n> 983 feet of ascent \n\n\n\n> From Bollington we access the Gristone Trail with a steady climb from the village heading north. \n\n\n\n> We continue along the trail and on reaching the Harrop Valley we double back and descend on field tracks to pick up the Gritstone trail again and return to Bollington. \n\n\n\n> Park at Adlington Road Recreation Ground Car Park\, Adlington Road SK10 5JT ((free) car sharing advisable as spaces limited. \n\n\n\n> Refreshments afterwards at the Cock and Pheasant pub\, 15 Bollington > Road SK10 5EJ \n  \n\n\n\n7 miles\, moderate
