Route.  Initially  up. –  Crow Hill, Holme Moor, Deer Hill Res then down and across the canal to turn and head for Slaithwaite Res. Another ascent to Ainsley Place then along to Merry Dale for the descent back to the canal for the return to the car park.

Couple of rickety stiles and a section of cobbled path which should be ok as the forecast is good at the moment.    Probably still some mud here and there.
