It is looking unsettled again for my Thursday walk so I have worked out a route with a number of ways of shortening if we feel enough is enough!

Parking: on Spuley Lane, Rainow as photograph attached. 

It is a layby which used to be where the Old Cheshire Inn nearby was situated (now private house) SJ 945 782

Start time: 10am

Distance/Ascent:  approx 13miles/2560ft but can be shortened in various ways

Route: Rainowlow, round Lamaload, Walker Barn, Teggs Nose, Rainow
