This weeks walk is the re-scheduled Hobson Moor walk.

The walk starts at 10am on Hobson Moor Road, (free parking) is approximately 10 miles of moderate walking.

For new comers not knowing where Hobson Moor Rd is, here are some directions.
Take the A6018 Stalybridge Rd. out of Mottram in Longdendale.  Pass through the deep cutting with a high stone wall on your right.  Turn right, back on yourself, immediately after the cutting.  Follow this road keeping left at the next two forks.  Park up on the side of the road approximately one mile in before the road swings round to the right.

The walk takes us over Hobson Moor, Hollingsworth Moor to Arnfield Moor.  Returning via Arnfield Brook and Seven Falls to Swallow Wood then Hobson Moor Road.
