On the large Lay-bye along the Bacup Road  A681, Calderdale after Bacup town at the top of the hill on the left hand side when heading to Todmorden.

Approximately 10 miles along rough and wet terrain, a figure of eight walk, over looking the springs of the Irwell to start and then back through the Todmorden Wind Farm before looping around down to the road and up the other side to the lay-bye. 

Testing underfoot and I would rate it as a Medium to Hard underfoot with some climbs especially in the afternoon.

See you there whoever wants to brave the commuter traffic in the morning It took me 1 hour from Heaton Moor which is about average for all walks that I attend.
