The walk on Thursday 6 Feb will start from the children’s swing park behind Brookside school in High Lane.  The car park is small so please car share where possible but there is street parking adjacent to the car park.

> Meet at 9.45 to begin the walk at 10.00.

> From the A6 turn into Alderdale drive which is opposite the church and just past the new Sainsbury’s local supermarket.  Take the first left into Hartington Road and then second right into Chatsworth Road.  The car park is at the end of this road.

> The walk is around 7 miles and contains 2 easy climbs, a few stiles, a some walking on pavements and doubtless some mud!
