The walk on 23rd July will start from New Mills SK22 3BT  at 10.30 a.m. . The walk is about 5 miles. We walk at first on Brookbottom Road, then up the adjacent hill and across the golf course to the rocky road leading to Hague Bar. We walk down to the River Goyt and follow the river back towards New Mills before crossing to pass Swizzels and Albion Road. We follow the canal before going down to Goytside and back to New Mills. You could park on Aldersgate or GODWARD Road, with due consideration for people’s drives.
