We will meet at 9.45 for a 10 am start at Nelson Pit car park (SK12 1TH).  I believe the current charge is £3.70 for the day and that you need the correct change or a RingGo app. There is a small amount of roadside parking available as well.

The walk is 7 miles and starts by going into Lyme Park and then up to Bow Stones.  From there we walk along the ridge towards Sponds Hill before descending to Moorside Lane and the down to the Macclesfield Canal which we then follow back to where we started.

Looking forward to seeing everyone for what could be a chilly, but hopefully dry walk.
