B Walk – Dunge Valley

The walk will start from Paddock Lane, Kettleshulme at 10am. 10 miles M/S. The walk takes in Jenkin Chapel, Thursbitch and Dunge Farm. Hopefully there will still be plenty of rhododendrons in bloom. C Walk – Local

The walk on Thursday will start at 10.00am from Brabyns.  We will go down to the Roman Lakes and along to Strines. We then go up to the canal for a short while before going to the ridge. Back down to the Roman Lakes and back to Brabyns. It is about 6.5/ 7 miles.

Have to admit meteorological defeat and there will be no walk in the Wessenden Valley tomorrow.
